Terms of Use

Effective date: 11 April 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ai4tax website and the informational and program materials made available on it (collectively, the “Services”) provided by ai4tax(“ai4tax”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

This website provides information about ai4tax and the ai4tax program, an enterprise transformation program that helps organisations embed and scale agentic AI within their tax functions. The Services are an informational resource only. ai4tax is not a software-as-a-service platform, and these Terms do not grant you access to any hosted software product or AI system. Any delivery of the ai4tax program is governed by a separate written agreement between ai4tax and the relevant client; in the event of a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms with respect to the engagement.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Submit through any enquiry or contact form content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security and access controls;
  • Use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or harvest content from the website except with our prior written consent;
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or any content intended to disrupt the Services; or
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or commercialise the content of the Services without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including all software, documentation, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ai4tax or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no right or licence is granted to you in respect of the Services or their content.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites or services. Your use of such third-party websites or services may be subject to separate terms and conditions. ai4tax is not responsible for, and makes no warranties regarding, any third-party websites or services.

6. Fees

Access to this website is provided free of charge. The ai4tax program may be offered on a paid basis; any applicable fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified in a separate order form or agreement between ai4tax and the client.

7. Data Protection

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how we comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

8. Disclaimers

The Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai4tax disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. ai4tax does not warrant that the information on the website will be accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ai4tax, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ai4tax has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai4tax's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ai4tax and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) your use of the Services; (ii) any content you submit to us; or (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use poses a security or legal risk, or that suspension or termination is otherwise necessary. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC in force at the time, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the language shall be English.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
